migraine

untuk entry kali ni, sy nk tekan kan pasal sakit migrain. mmg la kita da biasa dgr kan. yela mane x nya ad je antara org dlm kalangan kita yg sakit migrain ni. sakit ni leh serang bila2 je aw. x kira peringkat umo. acece seyes nya mcm la ak dl medic. im only biologist ok.

migrain, hape tuh

migrain actually stu sakit dimana seseorang mengalami gegaran di kpala yg biasanya terjadi pd bhgian sebelah sahaja atau pun boleh jd both ok (not really common). migrain ini berlaku apabila salur drh di dalam otak kita mmbesar ataupun dikenali dgn gejala
vasodilatation. dimana enlargement tersebut exist bersama dengan ransangn nerve yg lain. it may causes the release of chemicals from nerve fibers that coil sekitar bahagian large arteries of the brain. bila ianya terus menerus mmbesar, it will stretches the nerves that coil around them and causes the nerves to release chemical that may cause inflammation, pain, and further enlargement of the artery. so that y la adakalanya kita akn rsa sakit yang berpanjangan malah lebih teruk lg seakan2 nahu pecah kepala ni.

mengikut kajian doktor perubatan, migraine attacks commonly activate the sympathetic nervous system dalam body manusia seperti kita.. da sympathetic nervous system is often thought of as the part of the nervous system that controls primitive responses to stress and pain, atau pun lebih mudah nya dikenali sebagai "fight or flight" response, and this activation causes many of the symptoms associated with migraine attacks. contoh yg paling dekat ialah gastric, my panel doctor. DR. Rahimah said the gastric is related to migraine and it vice versa. for example, da increased sympathetic nervous activity in the intestine causes nausea ( sumting like gastric illness), vomitting (muntah2 yg berterusan) n diarrhea (cirit birit)

a person suffering from migraines will always like to relax in the dark and quiet place and most of the times relief can be obtained only when vomiting takes place. it is a recurring condition which has no fixed timings or periods but can occur even in sleep. so u need to think positive. it may help you.


jenis makanan yg perlu dielakkan

sapa kata sakit migrain korang leh bedal je apa yg kowang nk makn, hurm silap tu cik kak oi. sebenarnya ada pntang larangnya seperti::
  • coklat
  • keju
  • kekacang
  • yogurt
  • makanan mahupun minuman yg full of ceffeine
  • monosodum glutamate (MSG) ala ajinomoto kt dapur nu kalo leh elakkan la yerk
  • mknanan n minuman yg sejuk dan beralkohol
selain itu, elakkan asap rokok, mahupun rokok. sbb sah2 ianya leh nmphkan kapasiti sakit kpala kita tuh.

Migraine Treatment

There is no permanent cure for migraine symptom as until now the actual cause of a migraine has not been established. dlm erti kata lain, biasanya jika kita merujuk to our doctor about this illness, they only gv u a painkiller ,postan ato ubt khas tuk migrain. this medicine only reduce the feel of pain. from what i hv learn, in the past it was believed that migraines was caused due to some chemical changes in the blood vessels present in the brain. stu kajian terkini has propagated the theory that the chemical changes do not occur in da blood vessels present in the brain but it is the brain which is affected by the chemical changes . ini disebabkan da chemical changes mostly occur through the nerve pathways which function within the brain.

petua mengurangkan sakit migrain

migrain adalah sejenis sakit kepala yang akan datang apabila berlakunya stress. sebahagian besar sakit kepala berpunca daripada tekanan dan gangguan perasaan antara petua untuk mengurangkan sakit migrain yg boleh diamalkan ialah:

  • berehat seketika dengan berbaring.
  • elakkan terkena cahaya matahari yang terang atau pancaran matahari.
  • berehat di dalam sebuah bilik gelap atau samar samar kerana keadaan terang boleh menambah sakit kepala.
  • ketulan ais atau air sejuk boleh meredakan sakit kepala. Ambil sehelai tuala dan masukkan ketulan ais di dalam tuala dan tekapkan pada mata.
  • jika masih tidak reda, cuba gunakan air suam.
  • fikirkan secara positif ato kata lainya jgn terlalu byk berfikir
sekiranya sedang mengulangkaji pelajaran. seeloknya kita perlu rehatkan sebentar kepala kita mgkin kita boleh cuba baca bacaan yg lbih mudah, menarik nafas panjang, mengubah pndangn mata , ato pun lakukan spt yg sy pena wat. amalkan konsep susunan jdual stdy. i mean selang seli kan sukatan yg sedang dn mudah agr kita sentiasa ada keinginan tuk terus study. esp tyme nk exam. sakit mgrain jodohnya sgt kuat klo tyme final2 ni. so kna pndai bahgi masa. klo x pyh la. psiko je tuh,.. hehe. yg pntg, jika sedang sakit mgrain atopun tension se tensen alam.. elakkan cobaan cosentrate to study dgn overdos ok. sbb x kn bwa kemana. makin serabut je nnti.

mungkin juge saye punye migrain. xleh makn meggi sangat. nescafe lagila.. coklat juge. slalu sakit kepala. rase nak hentak kat dindingje. tapi syukur sebb ade rumate yg pandai n rajin pulihkan kepala saya yg xbetul itu~
